Q. Why do I need to use the “Shielded” folder?
A. Personal files such as: documents, images, databases, spreadsheets, music files, etc. are often affected by the destructive action of computer viruses, causing the irrecoverable loss of these files. However, using the “Shielded” folder, you can periodically and automatically keep an updated copy or backup of your most important personal files, so they will be totally insured from all risk of elimination or alteration.

Q. Why is SoftClan Integrity 2 the ideal and necessary complement for my Anti-virus program?
A. Your Anti-virus program is functioning effectively when it detects in time and is able to eliminate, or at least isolate, any virus that infects your computer. When a virus totally unknown to your Anti-virus software attacks your computer, the effects on your critical system files and personal files can be devastating. SoftClan Integrity 2, once it is installed and properly configured, will protect the critical system files and insure your personal files from unknown viruses.
