DialLock is an application that simplifies and enhances
Dial-Up Networking in Windows 95/98/Me, while endowing it with more security
and control.

A Smart, Controlled and Safe Dial-Up Networking solution
SoftClan DialLock
in general allows its Administrator to:
RESTRICT
the Internet access via modems (standard, ISDN, etc.), optionally controlling
the days of the week and the time of the day the user is allowed to use certain
connections.
EXPORT/IMPORT
Dial-Up Networking connections for backup purposes or to share them between
PCs.
HANDLE
in a central manner all the Dial-Up Networking connections available in the
system to make them easier to use and administer.
DEFINE
multiple phone numbers per ISP connection.
CONNECT
to the Internet using any of the Dial-Up Networking connections available
in the system, in a quick, easy fashion
DETECT
and block any connection attempt using unknown, unwanted or unauthorized
Dial-Up Networking connections.
DETECT
and automatically reestablish any unauthorized change of the system time
and/or date.
